Buying a CreatorVault OS licence gives you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive right to use the files in your tier. The specific document naming you and your tier is available for download from your dashboard after purchase, and that document governs if anything here conflicts with it.
Reseller Rights are a separate add-on ($14.99, included with Ultimate). They permit reselling and repackaging under your own brand, and are recorded against your order. Without that add-on on your order, the restrictions above apply regardless of tier.
The libraries are sourced under private-label and master-resell licences. We do not claim authorship of the footage, and neither will you — what the licence transfers is the right to use and monetise it, not authorship or exclusivity. Other people hold similar rights to similar files. We recommend editing clips before publishing: cutting, combining, adding captions, voice-over or music. This is partly a duplicate-content problem — platforms de-rank material they have seen before — and partly what keeps your output yours.
We never see or store your card details. Payments are processed entirely by PayPal or Whop; the card number, CVV and billing address are submitted to them, never to us. We receive only a confirmation, an amount and a transaction ID.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not buy contact lists.
One cookie, set after you log in: an HTTP-only session token that keeps you signed in. It cannot be read by JavaScript. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
Email support@creatorvaultos.com to request a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account deleted. We will action it within 30 days. Deleting your account ends your access to the vault; the licence you bought remains valid for files you already downloaded.
We keep order records for as long as the licence is active, plus the period tax law requires us to retain proof of sale.
Access to a hosted library of digital files, for a one-time payment, with no renewal and no expiry. There is no subscription and nothing recurring. Prices shown are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
Access is granted automatically once payment clears, and a login link is sent to the email used at checkout. If it has not arrived within 15 minutes, check spam, then contact support with your transaction ID.
Libraries are added to over time and your tier receives those additions at no extra cost. We may also remove content — for example if a supplier's rights turn out not to be what they claimed. Where that happens we will say so rather than quietly shrinking what you bought.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost followers, platform bans or business losses arising from use of the assets. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
Nothing on this site is a promise of income. Any growth or revenue figures shown are specific to the person who achieved them, are labelled as such, and are not typical results. What you make depends on your niche, your effort, your offer and factors outside anyone's control.
Sharing credentials, scraping the libraries, or redistributing files outside your licence terminates access without refund. Bulk automated downloading is treated as scraping.
Because every purchase grants immediate access to downloadable files, sales are final once the vault has been opened. That said, we would rather resolve a problem than keep money from an unhappy buyer:
